Consultant – Capital Raising for Start-ups

About the role

FUNDED is a fast‑growing consulting boutique that helps tech start‑ups and scale‑ups secure non‑dilutive funding and venture debt. As a Consultant you will work directly with founders and C‑level executives to design and execute grant applications and debt‑raising projects, playing a key part in the firm’s advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Own client projects end‑to‑end, interacting directly with founders and senior management.
• Create comprehensive grant applications, including slide decks, narrative text, and financial models.
• Manage the project‑management office (PMO) for each application, coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and workshops.
• Support the development of the debt advisory practice and gain exposure to the venture‑debt ecosystem.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as business development and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Master’s degree in any academic discipline.
• At least two internship or working‑student positions in consulting, investment firms, or start‑ups.
