Content & Campaign Manager – France

About the role

HOLY is scaling its fast‑growing soft‑drink brand in France and needs a hands‑on Content & Campaign Manager to own the full content pipeline. You will translate global briefs into French‑specific paid‑social assets, manage creator relationships, and ensure every activation yields high‑performing content.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a roster of UGC creators for paid‑social production, from sourcing and negotiating to briefing, reviewing and delivering assets.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with HOLY France’s ad agencies, handling briefings, feedback loops and performance alignment.
• Coordinate campaign execution across Partnerships, Social Media, Community and Events to guarantee timely, on‑brand content delivery.
• Project‑manage content capture for all French activations (football clubs, brand partners, Squad events, influencer shoots) to generate paid‑social‑ready assets.
• Develop processes for France‑only campaigns within the global framework and continuously optimise creator selection using paid‑social performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content production for paid social, preferably within a consumer‑brand environment.
• Strong operational rigor with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, and a collaborative mindset to work with global and local teams.
• Data‑driven attitude, comfortable analysing performance metrics to refine content strategies.
