Content Creator & Corporate Influencer (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Content Creator & Corporate Influencer you will join the global AVANTGARDE GROUP team to shape the brand’s presence across social media. You will be the visual and narrative guardian, turning internal values, news and client work into compelling, authentic content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑impact social media assets (posts, reels, stories, short videos) that reflect the agency’s 40‑year legacy of design and taste.
• Curate cultural and trend insights from fashion, art, technology and translate them into forward‑looking brand communication.
• Manage and grow communication channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) while actively engaging the community and tracking performance.
• Storytell agency life, behind‑the‑scenes processes and complex case studies to showcase delivery excellence.
• Appear on‑camera as the external face and voice of the agency, delivering authentic and refined messaging.
• Collaborate with international hubs (London, Zurich, Amsterdam, Dubai, Shanghai) and internal creation, events and PR teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in communication, media, marketing, digital communication, journalism or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and community engagement.
• Strong instinct for emerging digital and cultural trends.
• Deep aesthetic sense and ability to balance human craft with modern AI tools.
