Content & Digital Marketing Specialist – SaaS, EdTech, B2B

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to shape the digital presence of a SaaS‑focused EdTech B2B brand in Germany. You will create and optimise compelling content across blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing assets, turning complex ideas into clear messages that educate, engage and convert audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that boost brand visibility and support business growth.
• Write high‑quality copy for blog articles, website pages, case studies, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, landing pages and collateral.
• Manage website content using WordPress or a similar CMS, ensuring timely publication.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic performance.
• Plan, schedule and publish social‑media content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance using analytics, email and social‑media metrics.
• Maintain a content calendar and repurpose existing assets into multiple formats.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create audience‑focused content and support digital campaign optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content writing and digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong copywriting skills for blogs, email, social media and website content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
