Content Editor – AI‑Driven Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Content Editor to join a remote‑first team in Germany. The role blends editorial excellence with AI‑driven marketing, focusing on improving visibility across search engines and AI‑powered platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own content quality, AI‑powered operations, and visibility strategies.
• Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) initiatives.
• Monitor brand presence, citation performance, and AI platform visibility, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted content workflows using tools such as Claude.
• Establish quality standards, review processes, and checkpoints for AI‑generated content.
• Manage content refresh cycles to keep libraries relevant and high‑performing.
• Recruit, coordinate, and manage freelance writers, agencies, video contributors, and AI agents.
• Create detailed briefs, outlines, and editorial guidance for contributors.
• Proofread, edit, and quality‑check all content before publication.
• Coach writers and support digital community growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience with a focus on digital marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI content workflows and SEO.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Required skills

• Claude or similar AI content generation tools.
• SEO and content optimization techniques.
