Content Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our AI training team. In this remote freelance position you will work directly with AI chatbots, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and improving overall model quality through targeted linguistic tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both English and Russian to assess performance.
• Write and edit novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI models and review their outputs for accuracy and style.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, brand voice, and overall performance.
• Identify and solve issues that affect model quality, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
