Content Strategist – SEO, GEO & Conversion

About the role

Navera is building a transparent, digital mortgage experience and needs a visionary Content Strategist to shape its online authority. You will blend strategic SEO expertise with cutting‑edge AI workflows to drive high‑intent visibility and conversion in the German mortgage market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a next‑gen content roadmap that dominates traditional SEO and anticipates Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends.
• Design AI‑powered content production pipelines, acting as the human‑in‑the‑loop to ensure E‑E‑A‑T and brand consistency.
• Structure guides, landing pages, and calculator micro‑copy to guide users toward mortgage applications.
• Identify information‑gain opportunities using internal data and market insights to create original, non‑replicable content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing or SEO experience in a fast‑paced startup, preferably in fintech, legal or health.
• Deep understanding of YMYL content requirements and German regulatory specifics.
• Proven ability to write conversion‑focused copy for complex financial topics.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using SEO tools and tracking AI search behavior.
