About the role

This full‑time hybrid position based in Berlin focuses on creating engaging, high‑quality content that tells the brand’s story and promotes its offerings. You will work both on‑site and remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Write website copy and compelling marketing materials.
• Produce blog posts covering floral design, event trends, and related topics.
• Craft creative captions for social‑media platforms.
• Conduct research to support content creation and strategy planning.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in creative writing, content writing, and social‑media captioning.
• Experience developing content plans and managing content strategy.
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
• Understanding of digital and content marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently with solid organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with floral design, event planning, or luxury services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
