Continuous Improvement Manager – North Rhine Westphalia (On Site)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence at a key manufacturing site near Düsseldorf. The role offers the chance to influence change and drive meaningful improvements within a well‑established, high‑performing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the operational excellence strategy across the factory.
• Lead a small team and take ownership of process improvements and optimisations.
• Participate in the site leadership team, collaborating closely with the Head of Production and other key functions.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day guidance on core standards to ensure consistent delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in a plant environment, preferably in production or Operational Excellence within the food, beverage or consumer sector.
• Strong influencing abilities and a proven track record of delivering results.
• Proactive mindset that challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
• Based in or around Düsseldorf with the legal right to work in the EU.

What we offer

• Competitive salary €90,000 – €110,000 per year plus bonus.
