Contract Technical Recruiter (RPO) – Hybrid – Dresden

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to join our RPO team in Dresden. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite while offering flexibility for remote work. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple technical and engineering positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Screen candidates via phone/video interviews and assess fit for role and culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with German employment regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or RPO Recruiter.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and independent working skills.
• Familiarity with the German talent market and hiring practices.
