Controlling Internship – Business Strategy & Digitalization

About the role

Join the Controlling team to support business strategy and digital transformation. You will work on global operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, and lead your own digital initiative in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in short‑, medium‑ and long‑term business planning for a business unit, focusing on cost evaluation and product‑portfolio profitability analysis.
• Develop and implement a digitalisation project using tools such as Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics or advanced Excel.
• Analyse cost structures and draft recommendation measures for management.
• Support an international restructuring project spanning multiple global plants and functions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university programme in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to work with other software and databases.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous work style and proactive learning attitude.
• Fluent in English or German.
• Availability for a hybrid work setup (minimum two days on‑site per week).
