About the role

Join DEPT®'s Social and Content team in Berlin as a Corporate Communications & Editorial Specialist. You will work alongside brand strategists, creatives, designers, and senior executives to craft compelling LinkedIn narratives for high‑profile German and global B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies for corporate brand channels and C‑suite executive profiles.
• Ghostwrite authentic posts, thought‑leadership articles, and commentary for senior leaders.
• Produce supporting corporate communications such as internal updates, press releases, and deep‑dive insights.
• Coordinate with communications teams at client organisations to gather briefs, manage feedback, and ensure message accuracy.
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise content performance.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in corporate communications, PR, B2B journalism, or agency copywriting.
• Proven ability to translate complex, regulated industry topics into clear, impactful narratives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work with senior executives.
