Corporate Jurist – Contracts & Tech Law

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Jurist to join our legal team, focusing on contract management and technology‑related legal matters. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, product management and senior leadership to ensure that our innovative projects comply with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts, including licence, development, cooperation and non‑disclosure agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance across all company activities, with particular attention to intellectual property, technology partnerships and data protection.
• Support corporate governance and corporate law processes, advising on board matters and statutory requirements.
• Assess legal implications of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and machine learning, including liability and regulatory issues.
• Provide clear legal guidance to R&D, product teams and executive management to shape strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent).
• Strong interest in technology‑driven environments and legal issues related to AI, data protection and IP.
• Structured, solution‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level.
