Country Lead UK – AI & Greentech

About the role

We are looking for a passionate leader to own and expand our UK market for AI‑driven greentech solutions. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Berlin and requires C2‑level English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Connect and lead a team of five, taking ownership of the UK motion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Venture Development to understand evolving market needs.
• Consolidate market insights for the product team and prioritize them.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement in Sales and Account Management, building strong relationships with SMB B2B clients such as solar and heat‑pump installers.
• Drive growth and customer satisfaction through product demos, retention strategies and support for high‑value accounts.
• Track or build systems to capture market intelligence, customer feedback, competitor moves and industry trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SMB software sales or Account Management.
• Proven GTM and market expansion experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of the UK SMB sales market, with lived or working experience in the UK.
• Passion for renewable energy product innovation.
• Collaborative, proactive, flexible and resilient mindset.
• C2 English communication skills.
