Country Manager – Healthcare Solutions (Germany)

About the role

The company is an established European provider of healthcare solutions looking to expand its commercial presence in Germany. Reporting to the international leadership team, the Country Manager will lead business development, key‑account management and market development across the German healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for Germany.
• Identify, negotiate and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, health‑care networks, outpatient providers and diagnostic organisations.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships and manage complex commercial contracts from initiation to signature.
• Grow existing customer relationships while establishing new strategic accounts.
• Analyse market trends, emerging opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with international operations, service, engineering and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in MedTech, diagnostic imaging, healthcare services, infrastructure or capital equipment.
• Track record of managing regional or national sales activities within Germany.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic business development capabilities.
• Established network of contacts in German hospitals, health‑care providers or diagnostic organisations.
• Deep understanding of German healthcare purchasing processes and decision‑making structures.
• Experience with service‑based models, managed services, leasing or long‑term partnerships is a plus.
