Country Partner – Chartered Accountant (Germany, Spain, France, Portugal)

About the role

Servix International is seeking experienced Chartered Accountants, CPAs or Tax Professionals to become Country Partners and lead the firm’s activities in Germany, Spain, France or Portugal. You will act as the primary point of contact for international companies needing VAT compliance, fiscal representation and tax advisory across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Servix International’s operations in the assigned country.
• Support foreign businesses with VAT registrations, ongoing tax compliance and reporting obligations.
• Provide trusted advisory services to e‑commerce firms expanding into the local market.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, marketplaces, professional networks and regulatory institutions.
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the global professional services group.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACA or equivalent professional designation.
• Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations.
• Experience working with international clients or cross‑border projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in developing a professional network.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language; knowledge of Chinese or Italian is a plus.
