About the role

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a custom set of responsibilities that contribute to product, revenue or operational goals.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product, sales, marketing, engineering) to deliver measurable impact.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using AI‑enabled tools.
• Lead initiatives that improve client acquisition, digital presence, or network expansion.
• Report progress and results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to get things done without unnecessary meetings.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical, number‑driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Motivation to work with the latest generative AI technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus.
