Creative Intern (Design/ Art Direction)

About the role

BCG BrightHouse is looking for a Creative Intern to support design and art‑direction work within its purpose‑driven consulting practice. The role is based in Berlin and offers the chance to work on transformative projects for leading organisations across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support the generation of big ideas and concept disruptive solutions that drive business impact.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell client stories.
• Develop visual concepts and mock‑up templates for ad‑like objects.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to translate insights into creative work.
• Explore AI tools such as MidJourney and ChatGPT for image and video creation.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in design, branding, advertising or a related field.
• Publicly accessible portfolio (website or PDF).
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Motivation to learn and work independently as well as in a team.

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere or Final Cut Pro (optional)
• MidJourney and ChatGPT for AI‑assisted image/video creation
