Creative Strategist – Direct Response Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the direct‑response creative strategy for our Meta advertising. Working remotely, you will partner with the Founder, video editors and UGC creators to craft high‑converting concepts that drive customer acquisition for our fast‑growing D2C supplement brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑converting advertising concepts for Meta and other paid‑social platforms.
• Write hooks, leads, scripts, VSLs, native ads, advertorials and long‑form sales copy.
• Conduct competitor and market research using Meta Ad Library, TikTok and similar tools.
• Create creative angles based on consumer psychology, awareness levels and market sophistication.
• Produce detailed creative briefs for video editors and UGC creators.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimise creative concepts.
• Generate multiple variations of winning concepts to improve results.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative and Performance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Direct Response Copywriter or Creative Strategist.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing, customer awareness, market sophistication and consumer psychology.
• Experience writing Meta ads, video sales letters, native ads, advertorials, landing‑page copy and performance‑marketing scripts.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret advertising metrics and refine creative output.
• Excellent written communication and independent work style in a fast‑paced environment.
