Creator Marketing Manager (Berlin)

About the role

We are seeking a Creator Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end creator‑facing activations that boost product awareness, perception, and adoption for a global social media platform. The role is based in Berlin and involves close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute creator‑facing activations, including partnerships, programs, and product education initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies into scalable creator touchpoints to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
• Manage and scale education programs focused on content quality, platform understanding, and monetisation readiness.
• Act as a marketing generalist across messaging, creative review, execution, and performance tracking.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign impact, capturing insights to improve future activations.
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering customer‑facing or creator‑facing initiatives tied to product or commercial outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.
