Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

Heyflow is looking for a Creator & Social Media Manager to turn the brand into a daily source of education and inspiration for marketers and advertisers. You will build a recognizable B2B SaaS content engine that helps the audience improve ROAS and convert paid traffic into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce educational content that teaches the audience how to maximise every euro of ad spend.
• Create and publish a high volume of assets – Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos – to increase brand visibility.
• Appear on‑camera as a brand face, delivering product tips, industry insights, experiments and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Own the full content lifecycle from brainstorming, filming and editing to publishing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Heyflow team members to amplify personal brands and distribute content across multiple channels.
• Experiment with new formats, hooks, trends and AI tools to boost organic reach.
• Partner with creators and influencers to expand audience reach.
• Monitor metrics, optimise based on performance and grow an engaged, trusting community on YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Proven experience building an audience around software or SaaS products.
• Strong on‑camera presence and ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging way.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving content performance.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external creators.
