About the role

We are seeking a CRM Data Assistant to join our consulting team on a major engagement with a German automotive and technology group. The role is fully remote and entry‑level, focusing on keeping the client’s CRM data clean, structured, and ready for accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update customer records to ensure all required fields are populated according to project standards.
• Identify and merge duplicate entries, maintaining a tidy CRM database.
• Assist senior consultants in drafting documentation and configuration guides for client handovers.
• Verify contact information and categorize accounts based on automotive sector requirements.
• Perform routine data audits to catch formatting errors or missing information before monthly reporting.
• Support the migration of legacy data into new systems while preserving critical details.
• Communicate with project leads to flag recurring data‑quality issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in large data sets.
