CRM Manager – France (f/m/x)

About the role

Bonial is looking for a CRM Manager for the French market to drive customer engagement, retention and campaign performance across its app and email channels. You will own the planning, creation and optimisation of CRM campaigns that reach users via push notifications, in‑app messages and email newsletters.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise CRM campaigns for the French market across push, in‑app and email channels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, Product and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet user needs and business goals.
• Exchange ideas, learnings and best practices with the broader CRM team working on kaufDA, MeinProspekt and Bonial.
• Take ownership of CRM activities for France while contributing to the overall CRM strategy.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for retail digitalisation.
• Experience in managing CRM campaigns in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across international teams.

Required skills

• Experience with modern CRM tools such as Braze.
