CSA Supervisor

About the role

The CSA Supervisor will lead site safety, quality assurance and coordination activities for complex construction projects at Mercury in Frankfurt. Working closely with the Mercury Safety Advisor and CSA Package Manager, you will ensure that subcontractor work meets safety, quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site safety in partnership with the Mercury Safety Advisor, including set‑up, maintenance and close‑out of the safety file.
• Oversee subcontractor activities, track progress against schedule, monitor daily resource levels and production rates.
• Maintain a daily site diary with resource levels, active work fronts and photographic evidence.
• Coordinate site QA with the CSA Package Manager, conduct continuous inspections and record findings via checklists.
• Administer the Mercury “In Progress” snagging system and issue weekly punch‑list updates.
• Facilitate coordination between CSA subcontractors, other trades and Mercury operations through site meetings.
• Support project scheduling, share program information with subcontractor staff and help keep the program on track.
• Report any commercial impacts (deviations, variations, delays) to the CSA Manager and ensure costs are captured.
• Prepare and deliver internal weekly progress reports covering orders, material deliveries and labour levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction site safety and quality management.
• Strong background in managing subcontractor performance and schedule coordination.
• Ability to produce accurate daily site diaries and weekly progress reports.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with multiple trades and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
