Curriculum Specialist, 2-Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Curriculum Specialist to drive our 2‑Hour Learning framework. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that help K‑8 students reach 90 % mastery and accelerate their learning speed.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise academic data reports, analyze anomalies and trigger corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct rapid‑response “rescue” sessions and post‑assessment coaching to remove blockers and keep students motivated.
• Assess, deploy and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools that enhance learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as learning velocity, app engagement and response accuracy across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, EdTech or a student‑support role with analytical and interpersonal duties.
• At least one year of direct experience working with K‑8 students.
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication and a kid‑friendly coaching style.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and flexible availability during student hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• Experience building AI‑driven workflows and automations.
• Familiarity with data‑driven decision making in an educational context.
