Customer Care Logistics Specialist – France & Belgium

About the role

As a Customer Care Logistics Specialist you will be the main point of contact for logistics‑related inquiries from our French and Belgian customers. You will work closely with suppliers, external logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound logistics queries for France and Belgium, providing timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate delivery dates, address changes and issue resolution with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Track and follow up on delivery deviations, non‑conformities and customer complaints.
• Review logistics invoices and storage cost statements, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and ensure proper case follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational logistics topics.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and at least B2 level English or German.
• Initial experience in logistics, transportation, forwarding, customer service, back‑office or operations.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and keep track of open topics.
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to take ownership.
