Customer & Commercial Intern – Franchise Operations

About the role

As a Franchise Operations Intern you will support Coca-Cola’s relationships within its System Network, ensuring operational alignment and driving commercial success across territories. You will work closely with bottlers, system teams and business partners to implement brand and commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with bottlers, the system network and other business partners.
• Support the implementation of brand and commercial strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborate with System Teams (FLA, Commercial Development, RGM, Shopper and Channel) to optimise product distribution and marketing efforts.
• Analyse business performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help develop materials and programmes for system teams to drive operational excellence.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance short‑term and long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start 1 October 2026 and commit 37.5 hours per week for 12 months.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about Coca-Cola’s brands, curious, agile and eager to learn.
