Customer Communications Manager

About the role

SS&C Intralinks is seeking a Customer Communications Manager to lead the design, delivery, and operational support of its customer communications programme. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Communications, you will shape how the company informs and engages its global client base across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Craft, develop and maintain communications across in‑app notifications (Gainsight PX), email (Gainsight CS), surveys (Qualtrics), support articles (Zendesk) and broader multi‑channel updates.
• Review and keep the global Customer Touchpoint Library on SharePoint accurate and audit‑ready.
• Build and manage the communications calendar in SharePoint, coordinating sequencing and avoiding overlap.
• Own audience generation and data validation, including multi‑system data extraction, contact hygiene, contract verification and account ownership confirmation.
• Produce enablement materials for each communication and collaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer‑facing communication programmes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
