Customer Engagement Marketing Manager – Central & Eastern Europe

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager for the Central and Eastern Europe region, based in Frankfurt, Germany. The role will enhance the customer experience by designing and executing integrated online and offline programs, driving cross‑sell opportunities, and strengthening strategic relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate with global performance and content teams to launch targeted upsell and cross‑sell campaigns that influence pipeline and increase customer lifetime value.
• Organise and promote regional events in line with the local marketing plan.
• Oversee strategic customer communications to keep clients informed about technology advancements while ensuring consistent branding.
• Establish and nurture a customer user community for knowledge‑sharing, using both online and offline channels.
• Partner with market‑level peers to drive awareness, demand, and seamless execution of engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (C1/C2).
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer engagement.
• Strong project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with proven C‑level influencing capability.
