Customer Experience Representative (B2B) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join Pandora’s EMEA Distribution Center in Hamburg as a Customer Experience Representative for B2B partners. In this one‑year fixed‑term position you will be the first point of contact for stores, partners and local market teams, delivering proactive service through phone, email and other communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via email and phone, ensuring responses within promised timeframes.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally, following established policies.
• Collaborate with internal distribution‑center functions to share accurate information promptly.
• Provide feedback for process optimisation and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, applying a customer‑first mindset to end‑to‑end enquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role (virtual or in‑person) is an advantage.
• High motivation and engagement.
• Fluent English and near‑native proficiency in at least one European language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek, French); German is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
