Customer Experience Representative – B2C France (1-year contract)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Representative for the B2C France market, you will be the first point of contact for retail customers, delivering proactive support via phone and email. You will ensure timely, high‑quality responses and help shape a seamless experience for Pandora’s French shoppers across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (email, phone) in French and English, meeting promised response times.
• Resolve product, order, and service enquiries efficiently while adhering to established policies.
• Manage eCommerce‑related escalations in collaboration with a third‑party contact centre.
• Support warehouse return processes by identifying missing items and coordinating with customers.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centre functions to ensure accurate information flow.

Required profile

• Native‑level French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation, engagement, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role (virtual or in‑person) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
• Understanding of customer needs and the ability to adapt processes to maintain satisfaction.
