Customer Experience Representative – Fixed‑term (2 years)

About the role

Join Permobil’s Customer Experience team as a fixed‑term Customer Experience Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, partners and internal stakeholders across Germany and Switzerland, ensuring a seamless experience from order to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers and users, both internal and external.
• Process orders, returns, claims, warranties, invoicing and cash collections across one or several markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order workflow to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
• Support sales activities and collaborate with colleagues to boost customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation and the implementation of new ways of working.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing, cross‑training and collaborative initiatives across EMEA teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience, order management or a similar role.
• Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage.
• Strong digital mindset and ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Good system affinity and comfort with digital tools.
