Customer Programs Manager – French speaking

About the role

SoSafe is expanding its customer base in France and needs a Customer Programs Manager who can design and run scalable engagement programs for mid‑market and SMB customers. You will be the main driver of onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor health of 500‑1000 accounts and launch targeted campaigns to increase upsells and retention.
• Design, implement and iterate 1‑to‑many programs such as email campaigns, webinars, office hours and targeted consultations.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, Product and Marketing to deliver consistent, data‑driven customer experiences.
• Build and maintain processes and dashboards that surface risks and opportunities at scale.
• Ensure data hygiene in internal tools (Salesforce, CS platform, etc.) and act as an operational champion for the team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as inside sales, customer success, BDR or product marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable programs.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Highspot and Planhat.
