Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast‑growing team in either Paris or Munich. You will support our Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting brands, handling enquiries before and after auctions and helping shape our customer support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding car and watch auctions.
• Conduct proactive outreach to anticipate client needs and maintain engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers.
• Record all interactions and case details accurately in Salesforce.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues, escalating when necessary.
• Assist consignment teams during live auctions to ensure a smooth process.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the support function.
• Collaborate with sales, tech, and upload teams to deliver a cohesive experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑services or customer‑service role.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment while maintaining quality.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in catching issues early.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Fluency in French, Italian, or German is highly desirable.
