Customer Service Associate – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Frankfurt)

About the role

Cartier is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join its Boutique Team in Frankfurt. You will provide optimal after‑sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience with luxury watches and jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support to after‑sales customers in the boutique.
• Manage administrative tasks from product acceptance to returns.
• Collaborate closely with Richemont Customer Service.
• Prepare and execute interim and main inventories for repairs and leather straps.
• Organise and structure the service area, including polishing, engraving, and watch‑strap adjustments.
• Proactively handle customer complaints and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or technical training (watchmaker, goldsmith) – hotel industry career changers are also welcome.
• Several years of after‑sales customer service experience, preferably in jewellery or watch retail.
• Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
• Fluent German and English.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Basic experience with SAP/ERP systems.
