Customer Service & Logistics Assistant

About the role

Join Silimed, the leading silicone‑implant manufacturer in Latin America, as a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant. Based in Munich, you will be the primary point of contact for clinics and hospitals, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries while supporting the sales and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End order processing: register, complete and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Client relationship management: handle inquiries, communicate updates and resolve issues for clinics and hospitals.
• Billing & invoicing support: review, verify and manage invoices linked to orders and logistics.
• Collaborate with the sales department to align on customer needs and commercial initiatives.
• Support logistics operations: update inventory systems, monitor stock levels and oversee goods receipt.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers and transport providers to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, order management or a combined logistics‑administrative role.
• Native or fluent German and intermediate English (B1/B2) for communication with the European team.
• Based in or near Munich and available for a 100% on‑site position.
• Strong multitasking ability, proactive problem‑solving mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking).
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
