Customer Service & Logistics Assistant

About the role

Join SILIMED, the leading manufacturer of silicone implants in Latin America, as a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant. Based near Munich, you will be the primary contact for clinics and hospitals, ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery while supporting logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Register, complete, and track customer orders end‑to‑end.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clinics and hospitals, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Review, verify, and manage invoices related to orders and logistics.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align on customer needs and commercial initiatives.
• Support day‑to‑day logistics, including inventory updates, stock monitoring, and goods receipt verification.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a combined logistics‑administrative role.
• Native or fluent German and intermediate English (B1/B2) for effective communication with the European team.
• Based in or near Munich and available for a 100% on‑site position.
• Strong multitasking ability, proactive problem‑solving mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking)
• SAP (experience highly desirable)
