Customer Service Representative – Spanish (Hybrid, Halle)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our international team in Halle. You will be the primary point of contact for Bobcat distributors across the EMEA region, providing administrative sales and customer care support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries received via email, phone and Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Implement best‑practice customer service aligned with corporate standards.
• Maintain and report on key performance indicators, escalating issues that affect service quality.
• Manage end‑to‑end order fulfilment using the ERP system, adhering to customer requirements and business policies.
• Promote continuous improvement of service performance and raise customer awareness within internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with field sales teams and participate in sales and dealer meetings.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support team members and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience working with multi‑location teams is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (advantage).
