Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who enjoys working closely with customers and can juggle multiple priorities. The position is fully remote, supporting our international cargo‑control and load‑securing business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service‑oriented customer support in daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and support order processing.
• Maintain orders and customer data in systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with internal departments.
• Assist the sales team with organisational and customer‑related tasks.
• Manage complaints and collaborate on effective solutions.

Required profile

• Initial experience in customer service, sales support or inside sales.
• Strong customer focus and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Very good German (spoken and written) and good English.
• Structured, independent and reliable working style.
• Excellent communication, team spirit and initiative.

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems – SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
