Customer Service Specialist (Medical Devices)

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will support the Sales Director and field sales team of a global cardiovascular medical‑device company. The role focuses on delivering top‑class service to existing accounts, proactively engaging new prospects, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain frequent contact with existing customers and new leads to strengthen relationships and monitor market trends.
• Populate the sales funnel, schedule demo appointments, and coordinate clinical service visits.
• Promote new products through phone and email campaigns targeting large audiences.
• Handle all sales‑and‑marketing correspondence, manage calendars, and process travel arrangements in line with company policy.
• Organise secretarial tasks for internal sales meetings and ensure continuity of office activities during the Sales Director’s absence.
• Collaborate with the international Marketing department on product launches, promotional activities, brochure translations, and marketing material development.
• Assist team members with offer and order management, invoicing queries, and delivery status communications.
