Customer Solution Architect – Enterprise Cloud Solutions

About the role

As a Customer Solution Architect at codesphere, you bridge market needs and product development. You work closely with Sales to win deals and with Engineering to ensure customer insights shape the roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to map enterprise IT landscapes, deployment workflows, and security requirements.
• Translate customer needs into scalable architecture proposals that showcase the value of codesphere.
• Build tailored demos, showcases, and proof‑of‑concepts to prove technical feasibility.
• Present complex topics confidently to audiences ranging from developers to C‑level executives.
• Gather market technical insights to continuously refine the product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of modern development workflows, containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, scalable architecture concepts.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
