Customer Solutions Specialist – 18‑month contract

About the role

Join Danone’s dynamic team supporting iconic brands such as Volvic, Aptamil, Activia and more. As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end order management from entry to delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, order clarifications and service requests.
• Act as the interface between customers, sales teams and supply‑chain.
• Process complaints, claims and return flows.
• Monitor deliveries, proactively manage deviations and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and order documentation in SAP.

Required profile

• Completed commercial education.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or order management.
• Strong service mindset with a structured, independent working style.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Availability to start as soon as possible for an 18‑month fixed‑term assignment.
