Customer Success & Account Manager – Direct (Germany)

About the role

Based in Berlin, you will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Uber Direct’s enterprise partners in Germany. Acting as the bridge between Customer Success and Account Management, you will ensure smooth technical onboarding, operational excellence, and drive revenue growth for a portfolio of e‑commerce and retail merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise accounts to maximise retention and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Project‑manage technical integration and operational onboarding for low‑friction merchant go‑lives.
• Analyse performance data, deliver business reviews and identify quick‑win commercial actions.
• Diagnose delivery friction points and implement both immediate fixes and scalable solutions.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, translating feedback into actionable insights for product, engineering and finance teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations or B2B Sales within a high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and navigating technical workflows (APIs, e‑commerce checkouts).
• Strong data mindset, comfortable deriving insights and building reports.
• Proactive, empathetic and adaptable problem‑solver.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
