Customer Success & Account Manager – Uber Direct (Germany)

About the role

Uber Direct is expanding its B2B last‑mile delivery business in Germany. As a Berlin‑based Customer Success & Account Manager you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise partners, guiding them from technical onboarding through operational excellence to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise accounts to maximise retention and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Project‑manage technical integration and operational onboarding to ensure smooth, low‑friction merchant go‑lives.
• Use data to track performance, deliver business reviews and identify quick‑win commercial actions.
• Diagnose delivery friction points and implement both immediate fixes and scalable long‑term solutions.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” translating merchant feedback into actionable insights for product, engineering and finance teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, operations or B2B sales, preferably in a high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and comfort navigating technical workflows such as APIs and e‑commerce checkouts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and build reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Proactive, empathetic and adaptable problem‑solver.
