Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

NinjaOne is looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to help its rapidly growing customer base adopt and expand usage of its unified IT operations platform. You will act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic French‑speaking accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, upselling and cross‑selling while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pre‑defined group of NinjaOne’s largest and most important French‑speaking customers.
• Build relationships across the customer organization, from support agents to C‑level executives.
• Analyze product usage data to identify adoption gaps, recommend improvements and reduce churn.
• Serve as the single point of contact, qualifying and developing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Document activities, forecast opportunities and share insights using Salesforce.
• Collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product and Professional Services teams.
• Perform other duties as needed to support customer success.

Required profile

• Proven consultative communication skills with the ability to listen, inspire and overcome objections.
• Resilient, calm under pressure and able to manage escalations.
• Experience owning a portfolio of accounts as a Customer Success Manager.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Analytical mindset with a can‑do attitude, able to identify root causes and devise quick solutions.
• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing across a strategic customer portfolio.
• Passionate about partnership and collaboration across multiple internal teams.
