Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (German-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of higher‑value, complex customers in the DACH region. The role sits between SMB and mid‑market, managing high‑touch accounts and being fully accountable for renewals, expansions, and long‑term outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of mid‑market customers, driving renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of compliance frameworks, guiding customers from onboarding to audit readiness.
• Build and maintain clear account plans and run structured renewal cycles, including pricing and procurement discussions.
• Identify upsell opportunities, drive them to close, and maintain accurate health, forecast, and pipeline data in HubSpot.
• Conduct effective QBRs with clear narratives, outcomes, and next steps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS company (seed to Series B stage).
• Proven track record of owning renewals and expansions with strong Net Revenue Retention.
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles, complex stakeholders, and tough commercial conversations.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English, with the ability to translate complex security topics into business value.
• Highly structured, process‑driven, and able to operate autonomously in an early‑stage environment.
