Customer Success Manager – Remote (Germany)

About the role

Taskrabbit is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Tasker Success team. You will work remotely from Germany, supporting Taskers across several metropolitan areas, helping them achieve their personal tasking goals while driving revenue and supply health for the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply data and implement actions to improve activation, billing, retention and reduce churn.
• Onboard new Taskers, nurture relationships, and ensure high utilization and satisfaction.
• Acquire quality Taskers when needed, acting as a regional subject‑matter expert.
• Monitor market performance, respond to trends, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply with demand.
• Drive invoices and revenue by optimizing booking conversion and Tasker quality.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial and data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for helping people and building lasting relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English; based in Germany.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin for team collaboration.
