Customer Success Manager – Southern EMEA (French/Italian)

About the role

CoachHub is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients across Southern EMEA. You will act as the strategic partner for global accounts, guiding them from onboarding through long‑term expansion and ensuring the measurable impact of coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full client journey, coordinating with sales to meet every milestone from onboarding to adoption.
• Develop activation plans, define success metrics and create coaching playbooks that align client goals with CoachHub’s solutions.
• Serve as the voice of the client internally, channeling feedback to product, flagging risks early and collaborating across teams.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI, uncover growth opportunities and turn renewals into expansions.
• Educate clients through workshops, webinars and one‑on‑one sessions to embed a coaching culture within their L&D and leadership programs.

Required profile

• Native‑level or full business proficiency in English; French or Italian is a strong plus.
• Experience managing mid‑market or enterprise SaaS/technology accounts, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to drive client adoption, value realization and expansion.
