Customer Support Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Support Coordinator for the EMEA region, you will provide operational and administrative assistance to the Go‑to‑Market team. Working remotely, you will partner closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer purchase orders, register them in sales and operations tools, and support invoice reconciliation.
• Manage vendor platforms, keep documentation up‑to‑date, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and support critical client meetings, product calls, quarterly business reviews and other GTM activities.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback through the listening program and facilitate corrective actions.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training and ongoing product deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and technical support teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for sales‑operations tasks such as reporting, product launches and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience supporting sales or customer‑facing teams, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Fluent English; residence in Spain, France, Germany or the United Kingdom.
