Customer Value Architect – Remote (Germany)

About the role

The Customer Value Architect partners with sales and customers to drive onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, activation and the realisation of platform value, while reducing churn. Based in Germany, you will bridge the gap between the sale and delivered outcomes, ensuring customers maximise their security investment and deepen their relationship with CrowdStrike.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution and define a customer success plan.
• Partner with direct sales to expand usage of Falcon Flex within existing or new accounts.
• Serve as the primary post‑sale contact for onboarding, activation, Flex consumption and business‑value realisation.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales environments to understand customer needs and propose competitive solutions.
• Achieve renewals by demonstrating realised value and Flex consumption progress.
• Conduct business‑value analyses to showcase ROI and financial impact.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews that highlight value realised and accelerate module adoption.

Required profile

• Based in Germany and willing to travel up to 40 % of the time.
• Strong ability to work with enterprise customers and senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in customer success, onboarding or value‑based consulting within a technology or security context.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CrowdStrike’s Falcon Flex platform.
